    If you’re listening to your body for nutritional needs, I don’t think you’ll gain weight. At that point, cardio is good for health (especially for stress-relief and maintaining or achieving a healthy heart), but not completely necessary for weight control. That’s just my opinion! I think you’re making a wise decision by cutting back!
